General Information: 

The Patriot Activity Center (PAC) located at Seeger High School opened in June, 2006. The PAC features three courts, an indoor four lane track, fitness center and weight room, and an activity room for group exercise and fitness classes.

Fitness Center: 
The PAC fitness center offers a variety of Life Fitness exercise equipment. There are treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes. There's also a full line of circuit training equipment, and for the more advanced a complete set of Hammer Strength free weight machines and dumbbells.  Easy to follow instructions are printed on each piece of equipment, and all PAC staff members have been trained to assist new users

Also, the PAC will not be open on mornings when a 2 hour delay has been announced or on days when school has been canceled due to inclement weather.

Classes, Programs, and Activities:
Fees for classes, special programs, and activities will be established prior to the scheduled date of the particular class, program, or activity.

Facility Rental Fees:
Subject to availability, groups, clubs, teams, and organizations may rent the courts and activity room at the facility. A rental contract must be signed prior to using the facility and equipment.

PAC Supervision:
Any youth organization utilizing the PAC on weekends must be supervised by school personnel. A list of capable supervisors can be obtained from the PAC Supervisor or Seeger High School at 893-4445.

PAC Supervision___________________________$15/hour

Registration: 
Individuals and families who wish to become members need to complete a registration form, confidential physical activity questionnaire (PARQ), and provide proof of residency. When these are completed and the membership fee, if non-resident member has been paid, an ID tag will be issued. Families may register on one form, but a separate PARQ is required for each family member.
